The knife features applications and a blade in hand-forged damask steel, the idea being for it to serve as a tasteful “tool” for the captain of the ship as he embarks on his yachting excursions. The handle is made of finest quality mother-of- pearl, which like all the other elements of the knife is fixed using 750 yellow gold screws. The hinge of the knife is graced by a fully functional and hand-worked tourbillon set under sapphire glass.  These features provide a parallel to the matching Hublot automatic watch, an original Swiss-made product from the high-end Geneva-based watchmakers “Hublot”.
