Prices + conditions of payment

1. Prices stated are fixed prices inclusive of VAT.
   
2. Payment shall be deemed complete when Testa Motari has free access to monies paid.
3. In the event of ordering design models and any samples, the purchase price of such shall fall due upon delivery/collection of the product.
4. In the event of customised productions in accordance with customer wishes, payment in advance in the amount of the purchase price shall be made to the bank account of Testa Motari after confirmation that the order has been received.
5. In the case of deliveries to the purchaser’s address, separate charges for postage/delivery will be made accordingly.
   Porto-/Speditionskosten berechnet.
6. Testa Motari reserves the right to alter prices.
7. The purchaser shall be entitled to the right of set-off, retention or deduction, even when defects or counterclaims have been ascertained, only insofar as such counterclaims have been shown to be legally valid or are undisputed. Notwithstanding this, the purchaser shall only be entitled to counterclaims resulting from the same contractual relationship. 

Object of purchase + reservation of the right of modification

1. Samples are sold in accordance with the illustrations contained within the Testa Motari presentation documentation.
